1. Acceptance
By using https://mailbeam.dev or the Mailbeam API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Mailbeam provides a real-time email verification API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Mailbeam to:
- Verify addresses for spam, phishing, or unsolicited messaging.
- Circumvent or reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell API access without a written partnership agreement.
- Submit data you are not authorized to process.
4. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Notify us immediately at security@mailbeam.dev if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Unused verifications do not roll over. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
Mailbeam is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state laws. Disputes shall be resolved in EU courts.
